Creating Heat Map Required Actions

1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
3. In the System Wide section, click Lists.
   Result: The Lists window is displayed.
4. Click Add/Modify Existing List Object Values.
5. Click the drop down button and select Heat Map Required Action.
6. Click Next.
   Result: The Heat Map Required Action edit window is displayed.

7. To add a new option to the list, click the Add button and then modify the appropriate List Value, Parent List Value, and/or Sort Order fields.
   OR
   To edit an existing option in the list, modify the appropriate List Value, Parent List Value, and/or Sort Order fields.

8. List Value 1 - Specifies the displayed text (legend and cell value).
9. List Value 2 - Specifies the value of the list to filter. This filter comes from Heat Map Solution.
10. List Value 3 - Specifies the font color for the cell data (if requested). This can be HTML #HEX code (#000000, #000) or standard HTML colors (red, yellow, green, etc.).
11. List Value 4 - Specifies the background color for the cells (legend and cell). This can be HTML #HEX code (#000000m #000) or standard HTML colors (red, yellow, green, etc.).

8. Click the Save button.
   Result: All changes are now reflected in the list.
